Amendment 33: Appendix D.13, Strategic Astrophysics Technology will not be solicited in ROSES 2009
Appendix D.13, Strategic Astrophysics Technology will not be solicited in ROSES 2009, but it is solicited as Appendix D.11 of ROSES 2010.
A.32 Clarification
Appendix A.32, the Air Quality Applied Sciences Team program element has been clarified to indicate that this call is for individual team members, not entire teams.
A.41 Clarification
Appendix A.41, Science of Terra and Aqua, has been clarified regarding non-functioning sensors and foreign participation.
Amendment 32: The due date for the Kepler Guest Observer Cycle 2 program element has been extended. Proposals are due January 22, 2010

D.3 Corrections
Appendix D.3 APRA has changed its name, contact information, and other details.
Amendment 31: New proposal opportunities entitled 'IceBridge' and ' IceBridge - Support for 2010 Activities'
Amendment 31 creates a new proposal opportunities in Appendices A.42 and A.43 related to the "IceBridge" airborne campaigns. A.42 is for campaigns occurring during Fall 2010 through Spring 2012, A.43 for campaigns occurring in Spring and Fall 2010.
Amendment 30: Final text for Appendix A.32: Air Quality Applied Sciences Team
This amendment presents final text for Appendix A.32 entitled “Air Quality Applied Sciences Team.” This replaces the prior text in its entirety.
Amendment 29: Target policy has been amended for Appendix D.9, Kepler Guest Observer – Cycle 2
Guest Observers may propose science using any target within the Kepler field of view, subject to the caveats and restrictions.
Amendment 28: Longer awards possible for B.2 Solar and Heliospheric Physics
Amendment 28 extends the maximum duration allowed for awards made in response to proposals for LCAS. Four-year awards are now possible to develop a completely new, highly meritorious investigation through its first flight.
Amendment 27: Remote Sensing Theory for Earth Science
Amendment 27 announces that Appendix A.24 Remote Sensing Theory for Earth Science will solicit proposals in ROSES 2009. This program supports fundamental scientific advances in remote sensing theory and radiative transfer, including advancement of retrieval algorithms to be used for space-based remote sensing of the Earth’s atmosphere, oceans, biosphere, cryosphere, land surface, and/or Earth interior.
