In Section 2.2.2 of D.12 Members of the Euclid Science Team the URLs for the Figure of Merit calculations have been corrected. Specifically proposers are referred to the FoM as defined in the FoMSWG Report (http://arxiv.org/pdf/0901.0721, Appendix B, Section 1).
