The due date for Appendix C.8, The Lunar Advanced Science and Exploration Research (LASER) Program has been changed to February 24, 2011
Sections 2-4 of Appendix D.11, the Strategic Astrophysics Technology (SAT) call have been revised areas of technology development in response to the Astro2010 Decadal Survey.
This amendment presents the final version of the text of Appendix A.17: NASA Energy and Water Cycle Study" (NEWS). NOIs are due February 16, and proposals March 22, 2011.
Amendment 28: New proposal opportunity in Appendix C.26 the Mars Science Laboratory Participating Scientist Program (MSL PSP)
This amendment establishes a new program element in Appendix C.26 entitled "Mars Science Laboratory Participating Scientist program" (MSL PSP).
Amendment 27: New proposal opportunity in ROSES 2010 via Appendix A.40, Airborne Science: UAS Enabled Earth Science Program
This amendment establishes a new program element in Appendix A.40 entitled "Airborne Science: UAS Enabled Earth Science Program"
Amendment 26: Addition to B.4, SHP, and D.3, APRA, of a southern hemisphere launch opportunity for sounding rocket flights
Appendix B.4, Heliophysics Research: Solar and Heliospheric Science (SHP) and Appendix D.3, Astrophysics Research and Analysis (APRA) have been amended to include a southern hemisphere launch opportunity for sounding rocket flights.
Amendment 25 releases the final version of the text of Appendix A.36, which replaces the draft text in its entirety. Notices of Intent to propose are due on January 31, 2011. The due date for proposals is March 15, 2011.
This amendment adds to the requirements in Section 2.2.3, Duration of Awards. This change pertains to awards of greater than five years in duration.
Amendment 23 announces that the MOST U.S. Guest Observer Program will not be solicited in ROSES-10.
D.8 Fermi Cycle 4 has been changed to remove reference to a "firm ceiling" in Sections 2.1 and 2.2.1 of the call.
