Amendment 7: Due Date delayed for Appendix C.20, the Astrobiology Science and Technology for Exploring Planets Program.
The change in peer review contract and concomitant move of computer hardware means that the NSPIRES web interface through which proposals and NOIs are submitted will not be available from Thursday July 15 through Sunday July 18. Thus, the proposal due date for ASTEP has been changed to Friday, July 23, 2010.
Amendment 6: Due Date delayed for Appendix D.5 the GALEX Guest Investigator Program
This amendment delays the proposal due date for Appendix D.5, GALEX Guest Investigator Program (GALEX GI). Another amendment will be issued following the planned structural changes to the GALEX Program
POC Change for Appendix C.13
The point of contact for Appendix C.13 Mars Fundamental Research Program, has been changed to Janice Buckner
Amendment 5: Major revision of Appendix A.4: Land-Cover and Land-Use Change (LCLUC)
A.4 LCLUC has been modified to focus the VIA theme on a single land-cover type – wetlands, and put a greater emphasis on inclusion of the social science component, such as the use of socioeconomic data associated with a land-use or socioeconomic model.

Amendment 3: New proposal opportunity entitled the "Venus Climate Orbiter Participating Scientist Program.
This amendment establishes a new program element in Appendix C.25 entitled "Venus Climate Orbiter Participating Scientist Program (VCO PSP)" which will be posted on or about May 7, 2010.
C.19 Clarification
Extra-solar planet detection methods and instruments are not solicited by the Astrobiology Science and Technology for Instrument Development (ASTID) Program.
E.3 Correction
The planning date for start of investigation has been changed from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2011.
C.9 Clarification
The planning budget for the Near Earth Object Observations (NEOO) Program remains unchanged. If requested funds are appropriated a supplemental NEOO solicitation will be released.
D.10 Correction
The point of contact for Appendix D.10, the MOST Cycle 3 U.S. Guest Observer Program, has been changed to Dr. Douglas Hudgins.
