The point of contact for Appendix D.9, the Kepler Cycle 3 Guest Observer Program, has been changed to Dr. Douglas Hudgins.
April 14, 2010: The point of contact for Appendix D.5, the GALEX Cycle 7 Guest Investigator Program, has been changed to Dr. Mario Perez.
LARS has been clarified to remove the apparent overlap with PME
The point of contact for Appendix C.23, the Planetary Major Equipment (PME) Program has changed to Dr. Jeffrey Grossman.
Amendment 2 delay of due date for Appendix C.20, Astrobiology Science and Technology for Exploring Planets (ASTEP) Program.
Amendment 1 creates a new proposal opportunity in Appendix A.38 entitled Science Definition Team for the Climate Absolute Radiance and Refractivity Observatory (CLARREO) Mission which solicits proposals to solicit a Science Definition Team (SDT) to engage in the science definition and planning for the CLARREO mission.
The point of contact for Appendix C.2, the Cosmochemistry Program, has been changed to Dr. Jeffrey Grossman.
The point of contact for Appendix C.3, the Laboratory Analysis of Returned Samples (LARS) Program, has been changed to Dr.Jeffrey Grossman.
The Planetary Division point of contact for Appendix E.3, the Origins of Solar System Program, has been changed to Max Bernstein.
