ROSES-11 Appendices E.5 and E.6 Supplemental Outreach and Education Awards for ROSES Investigators, have both been clarified regarding the 12-month minimum time required on the parent award to be eligible for a supplement. The text at the end of section 1 now explicitly states that time on a No-Cost Extension (NCE) of a grant does not count towards the 12-month minimum time required, the remaining time is calculated based on the original end date. The "no cost" in NCE means NASA cannot add funds during this period.
