Amendment 21 releases a new opportunity in Appendix C.27, the MAVEN Participating Scientist Program. Notices of Intent are requested by January 11, 2013, and proposals are due by March 1, 2013.
Amendment 20 Due Dates delayed for Appendix C.19 MatISSE, D.9 Astro
The Due Dates for Appendix C.19 Maturation of Instruments for Solar System Exploration, D.9 Nancy Grace Roman Technology Fellowships in Astrophysics, and C.7 Outer Planets Research have all been delayed by a week.

Amendment 19 presents a new opportunity in ROSES 2012: Appendix A.49, Studies with Icesat and Cryosat-2.Notices of Intent are requested by December 10, 2012, and proposals are due by February 15, 2013.
Amendment 18: Final text for Appendix D.6: The Fermi Guest Investigator Program.
Amendment 18 releases final text for Appendix D.6: The Fermi Guest Investigator Program, which replaces the prior text in its entirety. Joint observing programs with Arecibo and VERITAS are announced and a new data product will be available during Cycle-6 and beyond. The due date for proposals remains January 18, 2013.
Amendment 17: Euclid and JUICE missions not eligible for Appendix D.11, APEX USPI.
Amendment 17 announces that investigations involving the European Space Agency Euclid and Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (JUICE) missions are not solicited through Appendix D.11 of ROSES. The due dates remain unchanged: Notices of Intent are requested by October 12, 2012, and proposals are due by December 14, 2012.

Appendix C.26, the Radioisotope Power Systems Program will not be solicited in ROSES 2012
We regret to inform potential proposers that Appendix C.26, The Radioisotope Power Systems Program, which was represented by a placeholder on release of ROSES 2012 in mid-February, will not be solicited in ROSES 2012. However, we anticipate that it will be solicited in ROSES 2013.
