ROSES 2014 Clarifications, corrections and amendments ROSES-14 Amendment 9: Release of A.3, Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry

Description: Amendment 9 releases a new call for proposals: A.3, Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry: Ocean Color Remote Sensing Vicarious (In Situ) Calibration Instruments. Notices of Intent are requested by May 16, 2014, and proposals are due June 19, 2014.

ROSES-14 Amendment 9 releases a new call for proposals: A.3, Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry: Ocean Color Remote Sensing Vicarious (In Situ) Calibration Instruments.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking ways to provide or develop in situ vicarious calibration instruments, systems, and approaches for a future mission’s ocean color instrument. "Vicarious" calibration for ocean color refers to a final bias adjustment to the calibrated, spectral, top-of-atmosphere radiances observed by an ocean color instrument.

Notices of Intent are requested by May 16, 2014, and proposals are due June 19, 2014.

Questions concerning this amendment and A.3, may be directed to: Parminder Ghuman at p.ghuman@nasa.gov or Paula Bontempi at paula.bontempi@nasa.gov.
