  • Amendment 40: A new opportunity in Program Element A.48 Understanding Changes in High Mountain Asia.

    Notices of Intent are requested by March 7, 2016, and proposals are due April 15, 2016. Questions concerning this program element may be directed to Thomas Wagner at thomas.wagner@nasa.gov.

  • Amendment 39: New Opportunity in A.7 CMS

    Amendment 39 releases a new opportunity in program element A.7, Carbon Monitoring System. NOIs are requested by January 29, 2016 and proposals are due March 29, 2016.

  • Amendment 38: Cancelation of ROSES-2015 C.23, InSight PSP

    On or about December 22, 2015, this amendment cancels ROSES-2015 program element C.23 the Participating Scientist Program for the Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations Geodesy and Heat Transport (InSight) Mission.

  • Amendment 37: New Opportunity in A.47 Sustainable Land Imaging-Technology

    Amendment 37 announces a new opportunity in ROSES-2015 Program Element A.47 Sustainable Land Imaging-Technology. NOIs are requested by January 22, 2016, and proposals are due March 30, 2016.

  • Amendment 36: Final Text for A.6 Biodiversity

    This Amendment announces NASA will release final text for Biodiversity on or about Friday December 17. Notices of Intent (NOIs) to propose are requested by January 15, 2016, and proposals are due by March 18, 2016.   • Amendment 35 New Opportunity in A.46 Health and Air Quality Applied Sciences Team

    Amendment 35 releases a new opportunity in Program Element A.46 Health and Air Quality Applied Sciences Team. NOIs are requested by January 14, 2016, and proposals are due March 11, 2016. Questions concerning this program element may be directed to John Haynes at jhaynes@nasa.gov.

  • Amendment 34: Release of Earth Science Applications: Socioeconomic Benefits on or about December 7, 2015

    On or about December 7, 2015, this amendment will release a new opportunity, Earth Science Applications: Socioeconomic Benefits in Program Element A.45. NOIs are requested by January 22, 2016. Proposals are due March 24, 2016. Questions concerning this program element may be directed to: kathryn.a.carroll@nasa.gov with "ROSES SEB Inquiry" in the subject line with a cc to LFriedl@nasa.gov.

  • Amendment 33: Release of Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry

    Final text for the Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry program has been released in Program Element A.3. Notices of intent are requested by January 7, 2016 and proposals are due by March 3, 2016.

  • Amendment 32: Release of K2 Guest Observer Cycle 4

    This amendment releases a new opportunity, K2 Guest Observer (GO) Cycle 4 in Program Element D.13. Mandatory Step-1 proposals are due February 5, 2016, and Step-2 proposals are due March 4, 2016. Technical questions concerning this program element may be directed to the Kepler Science Center at keplergo@mail.arc.nasa.gov.
