43rd COSPAR Scientific Assembly

The 43rd COSPAR (Committee on Space Research) Scientific Assembly convenes this year in Sydney, Australia, January 28 – February 4. COSPAR 2021's theme is "Connecting space research for global impact." Its objectives are to promote international scientific research in space, emphasizing the exchange of results, information, and opinions, and to provide a forum, open to all scientists, for the discussion of problems that may affect scientific space research. As of August 2020 planning for COSPAR 2021 is still in development. NASA has traditionally contributed the NASA Science exhibit and Hyperwall at prior year COSPAR meetings. If NASA participates in COSPAR 2021, NASA science experts will share the latest Earth and space science stories, featuring a diverse array of visually stunning science data visualizations.
