A proposer to a program element in Appendix C of ROSES-2015 just noted an error in how Table 1 of the Summary of Solicitation handles the Facilities and Equipment section. Table 1 of ROSES-2015 said it was limited  to only 2 pages, but historically this has always been without limit. Table 1 of the ROSES-2015 Summary of Solicitation has been corrected to indicate that the Facilities and Equipment section may be as long as needed, consistent with the 2015 guidebook for proposers. That this was not noticed until now is a testimony to the fact that no one reads ROSES carefully including, me, it's author. I apologize to any proposers who were inconvenienced by this error.
