Amendment 33: Release of Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry
Priorities for new research within NASA’s Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry program continue to derive from the goals and objectives for Earth Science in NASA’s Strategic Plan, the research agenda of the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP), the science priorities of the U.S. Carbon Cycle Science Program, and the National Ocean Policy Implementation Plan of the National Ocean Council (NOC). This solicitation calls for research on specific topics of current, strong scientific interest and programmatic relevance.
When ROSES-2015 was released in mid February we wrote that we "may" solicit research proposals under the Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry program element. Amendment 33 releases final text and announces that we are accepting proposals in response to A.3 Ocean Biology and Biogeochemistry. Notices of intent are requested by January 7, 2016 and proposals are due by March 3, 2016. Questions concerning this program element may be directed to: Paula Bontempi at paula.bontempi@nasa.gov
