Program Element C.19, the Hayabusa2 Participating Scientist Program seeks to enhance the scientific return of the Hayabusa2 mission by broadening participation in the mission with NASA selected scientists. NASA expects to select five or six instrument scientists and approximately three sample scientists.
 
In response to requests from the community for more time, this amendment reopens the response structure for program element C.19 and sets the new due date for Step-1 proposals to Wednesday April 1, 2015. The due date for Step-2 proposals remains unchanged, they are still due by May 15, 2015.
