Normal ROSES rules Allow a two-page Curriculum Vitae (CV) for the Principal Investigator and a one-page CV for Co-Investigators, and CVs for other team members are not normally permitted. For  Program element D.11 WFIRST Science Investigation Teams and Adjutant Scientists proposals may include CVs for all team members, even collaborators.
