ROSES 2012 Clarifications, corrections and amendments Appendix C.26, the Radioisotope Power Systems Program will not be solicited in ROSES 2012

Description: We regret to inform potential proposers that Appendix C.26, The Radioisotope Power Systems Program, which was represented by a placeholder on release of ROSES 2012 in mid-February, will not be solicited in ROSES 2012. However, we anticipate that it will be solicited in ROSES 2013.

The Radioisotope Power Systems is a multicenter, multiagency (with the DOE) program the purpose of which is to manage the Science Mission Directorate’s investments in radioisotope power systems and their deployment to future missions. The majority of these missions are a result of planning arising from the Planetary Science Division.

We regret to inform potential proposers that Appendix C.26, The Radioisotope Power Systems Program, which was represented by a placeholder on release of ROSES 2012 in mid-February, will not be solicited in ROSES 2012. However, we anticipate that it will be solicited in ROSES 2013.
