This amendment delays the due date for Step-1 proposals for program element B.2 Heliophysics Supporting Research (HSR).Step-1 proposals are now due by May 29, 2015. Step-2 proposals are still due on September 11, 2015.

The text of Program Element C.18, Laboratory Analysis of Returned Samples, has been corrected to remove an ambiguity in the text regarding the Step-1 proposals. Step-1 proposals are due April 24, 2015 and Step-2 proposals are due June 26, 2015.

This amendment presents a major revision to program element Program Element C.10 the Cassini Data Analysis and Participating Scientists (CDAPS) Program. The proposal due dates remain unchanged. Step-1 proposals are still due by June 1, 2015, and Step-2 proposals are due by August 18, 2015.
