Amendment 37: Carbon Monitoring System Not Solicited This Year

Carbon Monitoring System is designed to make significant contributions in characterizing, quantifying, understanding, and predicting the evolution of global carbon sources and sinks through improved monitoring of carbon stocks and fluxes.

ROSES-2019 Amendment 37 announces that Program Element A.6, Carbon Monitoring System (CMS), will not be solicited this year because all currently available funding has been committed. We expect to next solicit CMS in ROSES-2020.

The points of contact for this program element are Ken Jucks who may be reached at kenneth.w.jucks@nasa.gov and Hank Margolis, who may be reached at hank.a.margolis@nasa.gov.
