Amendment 6: Due Dates delayed for A.23 GNSS Remote Sensing Science Team, A.31 Science Definition Team for the DESDynI Mission, and E.4 Opportunities in Education and Public Outreach for Earth and Space Sciences
Amendment 6: In order to give time to proposers who are without power because of tornadoes the proposal due dates for A.23 GNSS Remote Sensing Science Team amd A.31 Science Definition Team for the DESDynI Mission have been delayed to Monday, May 16, 2011. The proposal due date for E.4 Opportunities in Education and Public Outreach for Earth and Space Sciences has been delayed to Friday, May 20, 2011.
Amendment 5, final text for Appendix C.16, Planetary Instrument Definition and Development (PIDD)
Amendment 5 releases the final text for Appendix C.16, PIDD and includes (1) a new due date of August 26, 2011 and (2) A notice of co-review with proposals to Appendix C.19 Astrobiology Science and Technology for Instrument Development (ASTID).
The point of contact for Interdisciplinary Research in Earth Science has been changed
The point of contact for Interdisciplinary Research in Earth Science has been changed to Tom Wagner & Eric Lindstrom for Subelement 1 and Garik Gutman for Subelement 2.
New point of contact for A.41 Advanced Information Systems Technology
The point of contact for A.41 Advanced Information Systems Technology has been changed to Michael Seablom.
Amendment 4: Addition of Participating Scientist Program, change of name, and delay of due date for Appendix C.10 CDAP
This amendment makes the following changes to Appendix C.10: It adds a Cassini Participating Scientist Program to the call, it changes the name to the Cassini Data Analysis and Participating Scientists (CDAPS) Program, and it delays the due dates for both notices of intent (NOIs) and proposals. The due date for CDAPS NOIs has been changed to Friday, June 10, 2011. The due date for CDAPS proposals has been changed to Friday, July 8, 2011.
Amendment 3: Change of due dates and notice of co-review for Appendix C.19: ASTID
This amendment notes that proposals to ASTID and the Planetary Instrument Definition and Development Program (PIDDP; Appendix C.16) will be reviewed together and thus, if identical proposals are submitted to both programs, only one will be reviewed. For the ASTID program the due date for notices of intent has been changed to June 24, 2011, and the due date for proposals has been changed to August 26, 2011.
Amendment 2: Updated text for C.13 MFRP
This amendment presents the final text for the Mars Fundamental Research Program (MFRP). The due date for MFRP Notices of Intent and proposals remain unchanged at May 6 and July 8, 2011, respectively.
A.36 Clarification
A.36, SERVIR due dates are TBD until Amendment (probably early May). NOIs can still be submitted during this period.

The phone number for the point of contact for questions concerning potential CRuSR investigations has been corrected.
C.10 CDAP Due dates TBD until Amendment
CDAP due dates are TBD until Amendment (probably early April). NOIs can still be submitted during this period.
