    Launch Week Arrives for ICON

    The Northrop Grumman Pegasus XL rocket, carrying NASA's Ionospheric Connection Explorer (ICON), has arrived at the Skid Strip at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida on Oct. 1, 2019.
