Following a successful Servicing Mission 4, Senator Barbara Mikulski talks with Michael Prior, Hubble Space Telescope operations manager, while visiting the Space Telescope Operations Control Center at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. Mikulski was the longest-serving female senator in the history of the U.S. Congress and an influential leader in space policy.
