
Hubble Caldwell 24
The tendrils that reach out beyond the elliptical galaxy Caldwell 24, also called C24, are the only visible-light manifestation of the black hole’s effect on the surrounding gas within the cluster of galaxies that Caldwell 24 belongs to.
