The land highlights capital cities of Pyongyang in the North, and Seoul in the South. There is some illumination visible from Pyongyang, while Seoul is brightly illuminated. The city of Daejeon is also labelled and well illuminated. In the North, Yangdŏk is labelled and appears to have some night illumination as well. The DMZ border between the two countries is highlighted.
