Jim Jeletic, Hubble deputy project manager, and Chris Scolese, Goddard center director, lead King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and members of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences through the lobby of the Goddard Visitor's Center. The group toured Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, on May 3, 2017. The King visited as part of his participation in a large delegation that included the Ambassador of Sweden to the United States, both the chairman and president of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, and distinguished members of Sweden’s industrial, academia, and professional organizations.
