Cassini successfully executed the fourth Titan flyby of its Equinox Mission on December 5, passing 960 kilometers (597 miles) above the giant moon's surface. Among the many observations carried out, the Ion and Neutral Mass Spectrometer sampled Titan's ionosphere, while the RADAR instrument imaged dark, equatorial dune fields and possible cryovolcanic features.
