Former NASA STEM Enhancement in Earth Science (SEES) Intern Selected for Mars Generation’s 24 Under 24 Leaders and Innovators in STEAM and Space Award
Anna MacLennan, a former STEM Enhancement in Earth Science Intern (SEES Class of 2019), was named one of The Mars Generation’s 24 Under 24 Leaders and Innovators in STEAM and Space Award Winners for 2020.

- Started an all-female rocketry team at her high school
- Co-authored a grant to fund supplies and software
- Organized local outreach to introduce students to basic rocketry
- Honored as National Finalist in Education First’s WeShare Video Competition
- Selected for Mars Generation 24 Under 24 Leaders and Innovators in STEAM and Space Award
- 2019 Selected STEM Enhancement in Earth Science High School Internship Program
