Near-Earth Asteroids as of November 2024

Details include 865 asteroids larger than 1 kilometer discovered, with an estimated 50 left to find. For asteroids larger than 140 meters, 11,060 have been discovered, with 14,000 estimated left to be found. Earth receives 100 tons of dust and sand-sized particles daily. In the last 30 days, 30 near-Earth asteroids passed closer to Earth than the Moon, with 132 doing so in the past year.
