NASA eClips Presents and Exhibits at the Virginia Association of Science Teachers Conference

The NASA eClips™ project, led by the National Institute of Aerospace, aims to increase Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) literacy and inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists by providing effective web-based, standards-aligned, in-school and out-of-school learning and teaching resources, through the lens of NASA.

NASA eClips educators recently presented and exhibited at the Virginia Association of Science Teachers (VAST) Conference Professional Development Institute in Williamsburg, Virginia from November 10-12, 2022. Educators attended a NASA eClips pre-conference workshop and learned about the Real World: Balloon Aerodynamics Challenge 1 and 2 activity for learners in grades 6-8. (Educators are invited to check out the Balloon Aerodynamics Challenge 1 and 2 Educator Guide). At their exhibit, NASA eClips was able to share resources with 190 middle school educators.

NASA eClips is supported by NASA under cooperative agreement award number NNX16AB91A and is part of NASA’s Science Activation Portfolio.
