Landsat-9 Move to Transfer Tower for Closeout Operations

The Landsat-9 payload, encapsulated inside the Atlas 9 fairings, is moved to the transfer tower for closeout operations at the Integrated Processing Facility at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
