NASA LEADS  – Application Process

NASA LEADS is a competitive program. To be considered, you will:

  • Complete the application window will be open on Talent Marketplace and submit the form through Talent Marketplace.

  • Click "Download" to save the application to your local computer to input your information. Once you have saved the downloaded application, go to your File Explorer and open the application from where you saved it.
  • Both you and your supervisor must sign the application.
  • Per Federal Government policy, you MAY NOT use ChatGPT or other artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting application and assessment responses. Using artificial intelligence as part of application preparation will render the application ineligible.
  • Applications will be evaluated based on your responses to six questions.
