NASA LEADS Program Framework

  • A cohort of up to 30 Civil Servants will be selected from NASA science organizations.
  • LEADS is a blended, part-time program that balances a cohort approach with flexibility for the needs, backgrounds, and goals of participants and their organizations.
  • This is a competitive program requiring applicants to undergo an agency review and selection process.
  • Cohort members will:
    • Attend four in-person sessions, including an in-person graduation.
    • Participate in five virtual intersessions.
    • Complete five instructor-led, virtual leadership courses.
    • Engage in periodic coaching and complete one or more personality assessments.
    • Complete a cohort capstone project.
  • In-person attendance at all modules is required. All assessments, intersessions, learning group meetings are required. Completion of all elements are required for graduation.
