Deadline 1 April 2026

The call for NASA Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF) semester 2026B observing proposals has been released (Solicitation Number: NN2026BOBSERV_IRTF). The proposal deadline for Semester 2026B (1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027) is Wednesday, 1 April 2026, 5p Hawaii Standard Time (11p Eastern; 8p Pacific).

Available instruments are listed here. Remote observing is offered from any location with broadband Internet access for any project that utilizes IRTF facility instruments.
