Molly Wasser

Molly Wasser is the Public Affairs Officer for NASA’s Planetary Defense Coordination Office (PDCO) and the Media Lead for NASA’s Planetary Science Division. For PDCO, she leads communications strategy and media relations. Prior to joining NASA Headquarters in 2024, Molly was the Digital Media Lead for the Solar System Exploration Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, where she ran NASA’s Moon and Solar System social media accounts, websites, and shared NASA science with the public at events. Molly has a B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies and Astronomy from Wellesley College and an Ed.M in Technology, Innovation and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
