ROSES-17 Summary of Solicitation Corrections

In the ROSES Summary of Solicitation, Section III(d) "Cost Sharing or Matching" has been updated to more accurately reflect the requirements in 14 CFR §1274, the POC for CubeSats at the end of Section V(b)v has been updated to Larry Kepko (larry.kepko@nasa.gov), and Table 1 has been updated to indicate that a letter of support is not required for a facility or resource under the direct control of a Co-I. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through.
