C.17 PMEF Corrected regarding C.23 YORPD

On or about Thursday March 18, 2021, Table 1 of C.17 Planetary Major Equipment and Facilities (PMEF) will be corrected by removing reference to C.23 Yearly Opportunities for Research in Planetary Defense (YORPD), which does not participate in PMEF. Proposers to YORPD should refer to Section 2.1 of YORPD on Additional Funding for Relevant Instrumentation Construction or Upgrade.
