Amendment 78: Heliophysics Flight Opportunities in Research and Technology Final Text and Due Date

Heliophysics Flight Opportunities in Research and Technology (H-FORT, ROSES Program Element B.11) seeks to fund space and sub-orbital science and science-enabling investigations that use platforms that include SmallSats (including Cubesats), Balloon Missions, and Hosted Rideshare Payloads, such as International Space Station (ISS)-attached payloads. The program encourages the development of technologies that will enable investigation of heliophysics science questions. All proposed investigations must be responsive to NASA Heliophysics Science Goals.

ROSES-2020 Amendment 78 releases final text and due dates for H-FORT which was previously listed as TBD. Notices of intent to propose are not requested. The due date for proposals is March 26, 2021.

On or about December 10, 2020, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2020" (NNH20ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2020.

Questions concerning H-FORT may be directed to Dan Moses, who may be reached at dan.moses@nasa.gov and Amy Winebarger, who may be reached at amy.r.winebarger@nasa.gov.
