A.46 Advanced Information Systems Technology Step-1 instructions clarified

Section 4.1.1 of A.46 Advanced Information Systems Technology has been clarified to more explicitly describe where precisely on the NSPIRES cover page the four required sections must be provided as part of the Step-1 proposal. New text is in bold.

The first part, the Project Summary, must be entered in the Proposal Summary section of the cover page. The remaining three parts (Background and Justification, Task Description, and Proposed Team and Effort) must be entered in response to the corresponding questions in the "Program Specific Data" section of the NSPIRES cover page.

The due dates are unchanged: Step-1 proposals are due August 25, 2021, and Step-2 proposals are due November 30, 2021.
