Clarifications and corrections to F.10 Payloads and Research Investigations on the Surface of the Moon

F.10 Payloads and Research Investigations on the Surface of the Moon (PRISM) has been clarified and updated in number of ways: small changes were made to Section 3, Section 5.3.1 provides more details on requirements for the Inclusion Plan, and Section 6.2 includes updated guidance on the budget profile and more information on budget reserves. New text is in bold, deleted text is struck through. The due dates remain unchanged. These changes only pertain to the Step-2 proposal, not the Step-1.
