Correction to D.11 TESS GI

In program element D.11 the TESS Guest Investigator Program, the reference in Section 1.1 to detection of transiting exoplanets near the ecliptic poles (optimal for JWST follow-up) should have said "with periods up to 120 days." This has been corrected. The due dates remain unchanged. New text is in bold, deleted text is struck through.
