Asteroid 8567 1996 HW1

Asteroid (8567) 1996 HW1 was discovered on 23 April 1996 by T. Gehrels as part of the Spacewatch survey at Steward Observatory. HW1 is in the Amor class of near-Earth asteroids (NEAs) with a semimajor axis a = 2.046 AU and perihelion distance q = 1.128 AU.
