HEASARC Web Site and Services Back Online

Dear Physics of the Cosmos (PhysCOS) community members-

We are happy to report that the HEASARC web site and services are back online.   HEASARC servers were not affected by any PHP attacks but had to upgrade systems to address the publicized vulnerabilities.
