The SeaWiFS sensor aboard the OrbView-2 satellite captured this true-color oblique image of Hurricane Frances on August 31 at 16:50 UTC (12:50 PM EDT), roughly two hours after the previous MODIS image. In addition to Frances, Tropical Storm Gaston is visible at the top of the image, as it makes it way out over the Atlantic, south of Long Island.
