Europa Clipper’s Thermal Imager Delivered to JPL
Europa Clipper's thermal imager sits in a clean room at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Southern California. It was designed and built by Arizona State University. The instrument, called the Europa Thermal Emission Imaging System (E-THEMIS), will measure the surface temperature of Jupiter’s moon Europa.
