An engineering (non-flight) model of the EIS narrow-angle camera. The camera is mounted on gimbals, which allow the camera to pivot 60 degrees on each of two axes, enabling the camera to target a surface feature and to build mosaics of multiple high-fidelity images of Europa’s surface.
