Amendment 24: A.16 Modeling Analysis and Prediction Delay of Proposal Due Date.

The Modeling Analysis and Prediction (MAP) program seeks to develop an understanding of the Earth as a complete, dynamic system, to represent that understanding in comprehensive, physically-based models of the Earth system and observation/model syntheses, and to utilize the models and syntheses to answer key questions about the Earth System. The modeling and data assimilation supported by the MAP program is observation driven. That is, the direction of the modeling and assimilation work is guided by available and anticipated observations, and its goal is to extract from the observations as much value as possible.

ROSES-2020 Amendment 24 delays the proposal due date for MAP: Proposals are now due July 14, 2020.

On or about May 28, 2020, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2020" (NNH20ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2020 and will appear on SARA's ROSES blog at: https://science.nasa.gov/researchers/sara/grant-solicitations/roses-2020/.

Questions concerning Modeling Analysis and Prediction and/or this amendment may be directed to David Considine at david.b.considine@nasa.gov.
