Amendment 72: Final Text and Due Dates Released for A.33 The Science of Terra, Aqua, and Suomi-NPP.

ROSES-2020 Program Element A.33 The Science of Terra, Aqua, and Suomi-NPP solicits proposals to conduct integrative research using the data and products resulting from the Terra, Aqua, Suomi NPP, and JPSS (T/A/SNPP/JPSS) satellites. In addition, this program element aims to support the work of science discipline teams integrated across the T/A/SNPP/JPSS satellites (see Section 3 of this program element).

This program element also provides an opportunity to develop new products for T/A/SNPP/JPSS by combining or fusing multi-sensor and multi-platform data, or by developing innovative approaches to data retrievals.

This program element recognizes that the NASA 2020 Earth Science Senior Review funds the continuation of standard data products from Terra and Aqua, as well as their associated instrument teams. A separate program element (A.52) will solicit NASA Suomi NPP and JPSS Series NASA standard products.

ROSES-2020 Amendment 72 releases final text for A.33 The Science of Terra, Aqua, and Suomi-NPP. Optional notices of intent to propose are requested by January 5, 2020 and the due date for proposals is February 24, 2021.

On or about November 24, 2020, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2020" (NNH20ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2020.
