D.10 NuSTAR Cycle 5 Correction

On or about February 19, 2019, Section 1.1 of D.10 NuSTAR Cycle 5, the nominal start date and duration of the fifth round of Guest Observations will be updated. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through. It now reads: “The fifth round of Guest Observations (Cycle 5) will commence on or about June July 1, 2019, and last for a nominal period of 12 11 months.”
