NASA Science Activation teams Planetary Planetary Resources and Content Heroes (Planetary ReaCH) and NASA SMD Community of Practice for Education (SCoPE) came together March 15th to host a virtual workshop titled “Boosting Inclusivity in Educational Outreach”. This workshop was a peripheral event of the annual Lunar and Planetary Science Conference and was open to planetary scientists of all levels.
Participants experienced an educational asset first-hand with one of five additional SciAct teams (Challenger Center, Infiniscope, NASA Astromaterials, Night Sky Network, and PLANETS) and analyzed it collaboratively using the inclusive strategies detailed by Planetary ReaCH co-I Christine Shupla.
