The MODIS instrument onboard NASA's Aqua satellite captured this true-color image of Typhoon Namtheun churning in the waters of the Pacific Ocean. At the time this image was taken, Namtheun had maximum sustained winds of 75 mph with gusts to 92 mph and was moving towards the northwest at 8 mph.
