NASA LEADS Program Framework

  • The second cohort will select up to 30 Civil Servants from NASA science organizations.
  • A blended, part-time program that balances a cohort approach with flexibility for the needs, backgrounds, and goals of participants and their organizations.
  • Participants will:
    • Attend four in-person sessions, including an in-person graduation.
    • Participate in five virtual intersessions.
    • Complete five instructor-led, virtual leadership courses.
    • Complete a cohort capstone project.
  • Adopts nine leadership themes to ensure consistency in “workforce development and readiness assessments for key leadership positions."
