The Science Mission Directorate is excited to introduce its second offering of its leadership development program designed specifically for NASA scientists.  NASA LEADS focuses on the development of civil servant scientists who have a high potential for assuming greater leadership roles. The year-long, part-time cohort program will require in-person and virtual sessions.  Participants will also complete a capstone project.  NASA LEADS is open to all civil servant scientists from GS-13 through GS-15, including supervisors.
